FAQs

General Conference FAQs

Who is this conference for?

Culture Conference is a youth event hosted at Vineyard Columbus for students in grades 6-12. This conference is an open invite for individual students and youth ministries across the city and beyond.

What is the theme for this year?

So much of our life revolves around now — chasing what’s right in front of us, what’s visible, what’s trending; but even the brightest moments fade. We don’t even realize it, but our day to day lives are reaching for something that will last forever.

That longing isn’t an accident, it’s an invitation. God invites us into something far greater — something eternal. From before time began, God has been writing a story that never ends, and He invites us to be part of it. Eternity isn’t just what happens after we die — it’s the reality we get to live in now. When we focus on forever, we find our purpose for today. When we remember who God has always been, we see who we were made to become.

This year at Culture Conference, we’re fixing our eyes on the Eternal — the God who always was, who is with us now, and who will always be.

What can we expect?

Through dynamic biblical teaching, powerful worship, and intentional prayer ministry, students will discover what it means to walk into God’s Eternal purpose for their lives. They will be equipped to authentically share their faith, embrace their God-given gifts, and reflect the hope of Jesus in a world that desperately needs it.

Each day will be packed with breakout sessions, exciting team competitions, and unforgettable afterparties.

Will middle school and high school students be together?

For main sessions, we will all gather together for worship and a message.

Middle school and high school students will be separate for meals, games, and breakout sessions.

Will there be Spanish translation?

Yes! We will have Spanish translation available for all main sessions.

What safety and security measures will be in place?

We have a security team on site throughout the conference and the safety of all students is a high priority to us! However, we cannot account for the location of every student at all times and students are responsible for being at the right place at the right time.

Registration FAQs

What is the cost for the weekend?

It’s $20 for the whole experience! We have been able to offer this price because of the generosity of Vineyard Columbus’ heart to impact the next generation. People in our church gave towards this event to lower the cost for you! We are not offering day passes this year, just the low price for the entire conference.

What does the registration cost cover?

Registration covers admission to all three days of the conference. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

Can I come by myself, or do I need to come with a youth group?

Yes, you can come by yourself or with a group! This conference is open to any students in grades 6–12. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and connect with other students.

Do you have a school release form?
Are meals included in registration?

Culture Conference will not be providing meals over the course of the conference. But there will be food trucks on site.

Will there be food available for purchase?

See above for a list of recommended places to eat around town.

Do I have to pick up my student for meals?
